Police issue appeal for information on cats 'crucified' in Mosta 

Progress in investigations expected 

The police have issued an appeal for information regarding the cats found dead and hanging from crosses in Mosta.

"We are asking the general public to pass any information which one may have regards the mentioned cases, whilst not disclosing any Police operations or assisting the culprits. 

"One should rest assured that serious action is being taken, investigations have been initiated, which shall be fruitful shortly," the police said. 

Nine cases have taken place since the first dead cat was discovered exactly two years ago, all around Mosta.
